JOIN THE TEAM

Why work at PCA?

Well, for starters, we think we are pretty nice! All the team are thoroughly decent people and we know you would enjoy working with us.

We accommodate hybrid working, where possible, but most people do still like to come into our office in Fore Street, Kingsbridge, for at least some, if not all, of the time.

We are really keen to help our colleagues with their continued learning with regular CPD sessions and mentoring support.

We support several local and national charities, and hold fundraising activities in the office and off site.

We like to go out too, so we have at least two socials a year to show our appreciation to our staff.

We always like to hear from anyone who would be interested in working with us. Please send your CV to sophia@pcaconsulting.uk

  • As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced engineering surveyor to join our team at PCA. The successful candidate will be commercially minded and will have excellent customer interaction skills.

You will hold a relevant qualification, preferably RICS or working towards membership, but more importantly you will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-organised and methodical. Knowledge of the beautiful area in which we work would be an advantage too, but is not essential.

You will support the work of our consulting engineering team by compiling building and engineering surveys, carrying out contract administration, preparing specifications and carrying out party wall surveys.

In short, you will be an intrinsic part of our team.
