Hannaford’s Landing is on a tidal waterside site in Salcombe, South Devon.

The former derelict boat stores have been redeveloped into a multi-use development, including workshops, retail, restaurant and office accommodation.

The structure is a portalised steel frame with pre-stressed concrete floors and piled foundations.

The new concrete slipways have specially designed mix high grade concrete for the aggressive exposure conditions.
