Scott graduated from the University of Southampton in 2012 with a BEng (Hons) in civil engineering but having taken a job as teaching assistant before heading to university, he decided to become a teacher.

Having spent five years teaching mathematics at Kingsbridge Community College, he joined PCA in 2018 after meeting up with Andrew and Harrison at the school’s careers fair.

The father-of-two does not have a lot of time for himself but does enjoy some “on and off” running and ran the Britain’s Ocean City Half Marathon in Plymouth in 2021 and ran 50 miles in October 2023 for Prostate Cancer Research. For a real treat, Scott indulges himself with a trip to watch the mighty Torquay United.
