PCA Consulting was part of the team that worked on Whiddon Park House.

This grade II-listed Whiddon Park House home was the seat of the Whiddon family from the time of Elizabeth I. The present building dates from the 17th century. It is an attractive granite and slate house with quality stonework set in the River Teign valley.

PCA’s most experienced conservation engineer Paul Carpenter worked with the architect and contractors to complete the project, which involved re-ordering works, including the construction of a small extension, with sympathetic repairs undertaken to the stair turret and various elements of the historic structure within the house.

The works were phased with PCA’s involvement starting in March 2014 and the project completed 2018.
